Panoramic Doors - Scottsdale

I purchased a 4 panel system from this company and 8 months after the installation they still do not open correctly. They continue to fall off the track and it is no to the point that I am afraid to even try and use them. There is an acknowledged repair request that is over 5 weeks old with no response at all. I do not recommend this company and the after the sale customer service has be horrible to say the least.

Ordered a 6 panel door with Jim B. He was a true professional. The door is beautiful and functions well. The after sales were as terrific as the sale itself. Highly recommend! Beautiful doors and a pleasure to do business with.

lacking in customer service - spent a ton of $$ for these doors and they were shipped with the wrong tracks - after 2 weeks and turning in a warranty claim no word -

couldn't have found a better slider concept for my home. these doors are beyond design and quality and craftsmanship. the showroom is awesome as well as the development director, wonderful customer and very knowledgeable. i have the best experience today picking out my slider.
